12:30 - 13:30 Primary Baby Swans

14:00 - 15:00 Under 10's Ballet Group

15:00 - 16:30 Inter Foundation & Intermediate Swan Corps De Ballet

**NO PARKING ON THE STREET AT GRANGE ROAD DURING REHEARSAL WEEK. PLEASE USE THE CAR PARK**

Tuesday 7th November

All students to attend

16:45 - Start @ Grange Road.

18:00 - Pick up time for Pre Primary, Primary & Grade 1.

19:15 - Grade 2/3/4 Pick up time

20:30 - Seniors finish time

Thursday 9th November

All students to attend

16:45 - Start @ Grange Road.

18:00 - Pick up time for Pre Primary, Primary & Grade 1

19:15 - Grade 2/3/4 Pick up time

20:30 - Seniors finish time

Friday 10th November

All students to attend

@ SHANKLIN THEATRE

16:30 - Sign in at the stage door from this time

17:00 - Rehearsals begin

18:15 - Pick up & sign out from stage door - Pre Primary, Primary & Grade 1

TBC - Grade 2 through Seniors

Between the shows on double show day (Sunday) ALL STUDENTS must be picked up in between shows to allow teachers & helpers to have a break.

All backstage helpers with chaperone licenses must display/wear licenses at the shows.

During performances ALL students are to be signed in & dropped at the stage door 45 minutes before the show start time.

Pre Primary, Primary & Grade 1 to be signed out & picked up during the interval of act 1.

Middle Bun - Pre Primary, Primary & Grade 1

Sausages (double plait bun) - Grade 2/3/4

Satin Shoes (no ribbons) - ALL (Pre Primary - Grade 5)
